When Union Pacific bought up Southern Pacific and Denver & Rio Grande Western, people knew the trains wouldn't get re-painted overnight. A nice article appeared in Trains magazine highlighting the few holdouts. Included was my favorite, #5371 from Helper, Utah's Union Pacific yard. According to the news above, the UP President decided to keep the unit as is until it dies, when it will be sent to the Ogden railroad museum. Also in Union Station in Ogden is the Model Railroad Museum.
